Conditions for approval

Your credit agreement will only be concluded when accepted by both you and us, and when you pass the required checks to determine your eligibility for this product, including identity and credit checks. We will notify you by email and/or via our app that if you have accepted for this product. We retain full discretion on whether or not to conclude a credit agreement with you, and may decide not to accept it if you do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Until you have fully discharged all of your obligations under your credit agreement, you agree that you will not be able to close your account.

Your credit agreement will run indefinitely until terminated by you or us in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Your credit card

Subject to these terms and conditions, your credit card allows you to make the following transactions:

Single payment or installment purchases

International use

Your credit card is separate from your current account. You use your credit card to make purchases up to your credit limit, while a debit card is used to spend funds available in your current account.

We charge all transactions to your credit card, including interest, fees, charges, and any other amounts related to your credit card. The total amount you owe us on your credit card at any given time is referred to as your outstanding balance.

For your credit card, we apply the same terms as those described in the Terms and Conditions that apply to all customers. This includes, for example, the provisions around use of your card, keeping your security credentials safe, authorising card transactions, unauthorised transactions and when we may restrict or block your card.

You may temporarily or permanently disable your card at any time in our app or by contacting our customer care team.

We will automatically renew your credit card upon expiry, and send you a replacement, unless you give us notice to end it before the automatic renewal.

If you fail to make repayments, we may exchange your data with Credit Bureaus in order to add a bad credit notice to your name. This may affect your ability to obtain credit in the future.

If you lose your credit card, you may request a new one and you may be subject to a charge. Yo will be aware of the cost during the reporting process either in our app or by contacting our customer care team.

You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your credit card if you want to, being presented the options and the costs and benefits. If you choose to do it, your previous credit card may be suspended and you may need to request a new card.

Your credit limit

Your credit limit represents the maximum amount of credit we make available to you, as specified in your credit agreement. It is unique to you and can be viewed in our app, your statement, or by contacting our customer care team.

You can adjust your credit limit through our app or by contacting our customer care team. You may decrease your limit or request an increase, provided it remains within the minimum and pre-approved maximum limits that may be available to you. Requests for a higher limit than the approved amount are subject to our eligibility criteria, and we may approve or deny them at our discretion. If your request is approved, we will notify you. Using your card after the adjustment will indicate your agreement.

If you exceed your credit limit, for example, due to emergency credit evaluation or pre-authorizations, we may individually assess and approve such transactions, but this does not guarantee future approval or an automatic increase in your limit. Any amount exceeding your limit must be repaid immediately. We may charge a fee if you exceed your credit limit.

Credit limit adjustments

Your credit limit in most cases will be replenished immediately after payment, however your credit limit may be replenished up to 3 working days after payment depending on the payment method used.

You authorize us to suggest increasing your credit limit based on periodic credit assessments. You will be notified in advance so you can review and approve the increase. If we need to reduce your credit limit, you will be notified 30 days in advance. Reasons that may lead to a reduction include, but are not limited to low use of the credit limit or a deterioration of your credit profile.

There are situations in which the 30 day notice period for a credit limit reduction does not apply, particularly if a deterioration in your credit risk profile is identified. You will still be notified, but within a shorter time frame.

The following situations may be considered as a deterioration of your credit profile:

Without prejudice to other conditions provided for in this agreement and in regulations, your card may be immediately blocked and/or cancelled in the event of:

Transactions may be denied, or your card temporarily blocked, if we identify risks such as changes to your credit profile, outstanding debts, or issues with your account information. Once resolved, we will restore your card functionality.

Pre-authorizations and transaction handling

When you make a purchase using your credit card, the transaction amount is usually added to your credit card immediately, reducing your available credit limit. However, some merchants (for example hotels or gas stations) may process a pre-authorization amount that temporarily reduces your available credit limit until the final transaction amount is confirmed. We will update your account to reflect the actual transaction value as soon as the merchant provides this information.

Responsible Usage

We encourage you to use your credit limit responsibly to avoid financial difficulties. If we detect signs of financial distress, such as repeated inability to pay your total bill, we may contact you to discuss payment options. In certain cases, we may reduce your limit or cancel your card. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance, although exceptions to the notice period may apply under applicable regulations.

Upon upgrade or downgrade of your card, your approved credit limit may remain the same.

Repayments

You will receive a monthly statement available to view and download in our app, which includes:

Your statement will also be used to communicate important updates, such as:

Payment options

Every month you have some options for paying your statement:

You may pay your statement through manual or automatic methods.

Manual repayments

You can repay your outstanding balance, in full or in part, at any time using our app. No fees or charges apply, except those related to interest and charges.

Automatic repayments

You can set up an automatic repayment in our app to repay your outstanding, in full or in part, every month.

If you enable this, we will debit either the full statement balance or the minimum payment amount, depending on your choice, on the due date. If there are not sufficient funds available in your account to pay the full statement balance or the minimum payment amount then your statement will not be paid.

Dispute handling

Before paying your statement, you are required to verify all charges. If a charge differs from what was agreed with the merchant, you should contact them directly to resolve it. Alternatively, you may dispute the charge with us within 90 days of the transaction date. During the investigation, disputed amounts may be temporarily suspended. If the charge is found to be legitimate, it will be reinstated on your statement with interest and fees if applicable.

Late payments and financing

If you fail to make the minimum repayment amount by the due date, you authorize us to

collect the minimum payment amount from your account. If successful, no further attempts will be made to collect the remaining balance. For unpaid balances, interest and fees will be applied daily until full repayment.

Additional provisions

If you do not receive your statement, you can access it in our app or by contacting our customer care team. Payments must still be made by the due date regardless of receiving your statement.

Statements with credit balances may be skipped and rolled into the next month without additional interest or fees.

If your contact information changes, updates will take effect after your next statement.

Interest, fees and charges

The interest, fees and charges that apply to your credit card are available in the help center on our website and in our app.

Interest rates

The interest rates we charge are variable, meaning they can change from time to time. We will give you prior notice of any changes to these rates, through your statement or via email.

We may apply different interest rates to different types of transactions.

Interest is charged on all amounts owed on your credit card. Interest accrues daily and is applied to your account monthly. For unpaid balances, interest is charged from the due date onwards.

Late payments

You will be considered in arrears when you fail to pay your statement by the due date or pay an amount lower than the minimum payment amount.

Automatic debit

If you have opted for automatic payments to pay your statement, you authorize us to debit either the total amount or the minimum repayment amount of your statement on the due date.

If your card is canceled due to non-payment, you authorize us to continue attempting debits from your account until the total outstanding balance is paid in full.

You can cancel automatic repayments at any time in our app or by contacting our customer care team.

Varying the credit agreement

We may change this credit agreement by providing you with not less than one month notice, unless law or regulations allows us to give you shorter notice. You can avoid any such changes being applied to your credit card by notifying us that you wish to terminate your credit agreement within this notice period. Otherwise, continuing to have your credit card implies that you have agreed with the changes.

We may change your credit agreement for any valid reason, but we will normally only do so because of market conditions, to improve the product or service that we provide, changes in the cost of providing the product or service, the requirement of any law or regulation, guidance or guidelines, to clarify an existing section or where an update is required.

Where a change to your credit agreement is to your benefit, we may implement the change with immediate effect and notify you afterwards.

Your obligations to us

You agree that:

Right of withdrawal and termination

Your credit card can be canceled under the following circumstances:

If your card is canceled, you are still required to repay any outstanding amounts, including future installments, until all obligations are settled.

In cases of immediate cancellation due to overdue payments, misuse of the card, or attempts to artificially increase the credit limit, all installments, expenses, and obligations, due and future, will be accelerated, and you will be required to repay the full outstanding balance, including any applicable charges, immediately.

Breaches and consequences

If you breach your credit agreement, we may terminate your credit agreement, and any other credit agreement you have with us, if we consider that you have committed a material breach of it.

You will commit a material breach of your credit agreement if:
